ABOUT ME

We are living in a time of rapid change and uncertainty. I am interested in capacity-building to meet these times. Because I see everything as whole and inter-related I believe that we need to become more stable and loving with our own minds, bodies and in our relationships with others including the more-than-human. To that end, I am exploring the intersection of movement, mindfulness and ecopyschology. Ecopsychology explores our psychological relationship with the natural world.

For most of my adult life I have lived with the question…

“what does it mean to be in right relationship with the world inside of me and the world outside of me?”

I work as a Health Promoter for the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team. Many of my program offerings such as Deep in the Bones and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction are offered through the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team. The programs are designed for patients of the Sharbot Lake Family Health Team. If spots are available in on-line programs, the Health Team makes spots available to the wider community. For more information please contact Laura Baldwin, Program Director.
